With 90% of my business coming from referrals, taking excellent care of our buyers is our first priority. Finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying experience, & an unhappy and stressful one. 

During your buying process, I consider myself your sole representative as well as the overseer of transactional details, negotiator, confidant and consultant.  Here's how the process goes... 

After a phone or email conversation, I like to have an initial meeting with my buyers to discuss your housing needs, time frames, and the expectations for our working together so we can discover if we will be a good match. I recommend that you obtain a letter of pre-approval from a lender by this point. If you do not have a lender that you are currently working with, refer to my Affiliates tab on the home page for a referral. Here I recommend lenders who have helped our other buyers with excellent results and who I have used personally.

I will email you new listings in your areas of interest  and will follow up with you weekly to make sure we're on track. In this market, the best homes go quickly, so being able to be flexible in looking at them is important.

When you find the right home, we will prepare your offerwe will negotiate on your behalf through the entire process.

After you have a mutually signed agreement with a seller, we will assist you in setting up an appointment for a home inspection. You should attend if at all possible. We will negotiate your inspection with the seller and then we proceed to closing.

We will always review your closing statement prior to your signing closing papers to make sure the numbers are correct according to the sales contract.   
      

Of course this is the simplified version and we have so much more to cover in our initial, sit-down  consultation.
