In-home consultation process with Jennifer

• Our initial meeting will usually take place in my office and we will discuss what your goals are, time frames and ideas regarding the sale of your home. The market is constantly changing and some sellers haven't sold a home for years, so we will talk with you about the market and what to expect throughout the selling process.                                                    
• Our next step is to do an in-home consult so I can familiarize myself with the home and have you tell me all of the great things about the home and the home's history. At this time I'll give you a comparative market analysis (CMA) to establish a price range for your home. I will explain the pricing analysis and the specialized marketing plan we will provide for your home.
• When you have listed with me, I will go through the home and help you "stage" your home for the best presentation, complete the listing paperwork and property disclosure, and then we are ready to begin the marketing process.
