• Our initial meeting will usually take place in my office and we will discuss what your goals are, time frames and ideas regarding the sale of your home. The market is constantly changing and some sellers haven't sold a home for years, so we will talk with you about the current market and what to expect.                                          
• Our next step is to do an in-home consult so I can familiarize myself with the home and have you tell me all of the great things about the home and its history. 
• After viewing the home and understanding its unique qualities and selling points, I will devise a customized marketing plan for your home and a suggested list price based on a comparative market analysis (CMA).
• When you have decided to move forward with the listing, we will complete the listing paperwork and property disclosure.
• After the listing paperwork is completed, I will then begin the marketing process.
